Built for sensitive financial planning data.

IgniteHQ is designed for advisory firms, staff members, and clients who need a calmer way to collect planning information, manage client work, and store documents with care.

What clients should know

This page is intentionally simple. The footer can still hold the complete Privacy Policy and Security Overview, while this page explains the parts clients actually want to understand.

01

Your information has a purpose

IgniteHQ collects information needed to run planning dashboards, onboarding, tasks, Secure Vault, account access, and client workflows.

02

Private spaces stay private

Firm, advisor, staff, household, and client access is separated so users only see the workspaces they are authorized to use.

03

Client data is not sold

IgniteHQ's Privacy Policy states that IgniteHQ does not sell client personal information.

How IgniteHQ protects information

Security is not a single feature. It is a collection of controls that work together across login, permissions, storage, infrastructure, and monitoring.

01

Secure access

Users must be authenticated before viewing advisor, staff, firm, household, or client workspaces.

02

Role-based permissions

Advisors, staff, clients, households, and platform support have different access levels based on what they need to do.

03

Database access rules

Firm, household, and user-level access rules help prevent one firm or household from accessing another party's information.

04

Secure Vault

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are intended to be available only to authorized users connected to the right relationship.

05

Encrypted connections

IgniteHQ uses encrypted connections to protect data in transit. Infrastructure providers support encryption at rest for stored data.

06

Activity logging

Security-relevant activity can be logged to support troubleshooting, account review, monitoring, and support needs.

Privacy, simplified

IgniteHQ uses information to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the platform.

  • Run advisor, staff, firm, household, client, and direct-user accounts
  • Support planning workflows, onboarding, tasks, notes, and documents
  • Send invitations, account messages, and product support communications
  • Apply permissions, maintain audit logs, troubleshoot issues, and protect the platform
  • Meet legal, contractual, regulatory, security, and operational obligations

Service providers

IgniteHQ uses established providers to operate the platform. Current provider examples include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google, and Squarespace.

  • Database, authentication, and storage services
  • Hosting and website operations
  • Transactional email and account-related messages
  • Security, reliability, support, and operational tooling

Important detail

IgniteHQ is software. Financial advisory firms using IgniteHQ may have their own privacy policies, compliance obligations, and client agreements. Clients should contact their advisory firm with questions about how the firm uses information for financial planning or advisory services.

SOC 2 status

IgniteHQ is not currently SOC 2 certified. IgniteHQ uses infrastructure providers with mature security programs and is preparing its own documentation, monitoring, backup, restore, and security practices for future formal review as the platform grows.

Trust should be easy to understand.

IgniteHQ gives advisors and clients a simpler way to work together while keeping access, permissions, documents, and privacy front and center.
